February Quilt Challenge: Let’s Get Flying with Flying Geese 🪿✂️

February is all about Flying Geese — one of the most versatile, classic, and surprisingly fun quilt blocks out there. Whether you love them bold and modern or soft and traditional, Flying Geese blocks have a way of adding movement, direction, and a little drama to any quilt.

This month’s challenge is your chance to sharpen your skills, try new methods, and finally make peace with those pointy little triangles 😉

Your challenge is to create Flying Geese blocks using any method you choose:

• Traditional stitch-and-flip

• No-waste / four-at-a-time

• Specialty rulers

• Paper piecing

Make a few blocks, make a lot, or work them into a larger project — it’s completely up to you.

• High-contrast fabrics

• Scrappy color combinations

• Directional layouts

Throughout February, we’ll also be hosting more live streams where we’ll:
